About the project
A Mac menu bar app that listens to a meeting and writes the minutes. One click records the microphone and the Mac’s own sound as separate tracks, so a room and a Zoom call are both heard; Whisper transcribes each offline on the Mac and Claude turns the interleaved Room and Call transcript into decisions, action items and open questions. Testing found Whisper inventing Malay conversation out of silence, so voice detection now screens every track first. The first real meeting, 53 minutes, took 499 MB and gave a one-line transcript; it now takes 26 MB and 137 lines.
