About the project
A website for a family homestay in Bachang, Melaka — two whole houses, each with its own pool — that replaces two WhatsApp posters. Guests see prices, video tours and a live calendar, pick their nights, and reach the owner on WhatsApp with the dates and total already written. The hard part was trust: the public database key sits in the page, so Supabase row-level security decides what a guest may read, and private booking notes live behind a view that has no such column. The owner blocks dates on the same page; guests read it in English or Malay.
