Flop Siege

A game–jam entry: fling a floppy rag–doll knight over the moat to knock the king off his wobbly tower.

Flop Siege: painted art of a knight flying at a castle on a cliff, beside aiming the catapult, the Ice Palace collapsing and a three-star win

About the project

A second Slapjam entry, where the castle is the whole playfield: drag back, let go, and a floppy rag–doll knight sails over the moat at a wobbly physics castle to knock the pompous king off his tower. Eight castles, drawn in code so every block matches its collision shape. Headless checks did the hard work — they caught tower posts destroyed by the load they were holding up, rag dolls that gained energy on landing and bounced off–screen, and a first layout where only 6 of 108 throws could win Level 1. Sky by Codex; sounds synthesised in code.
